Also, what rates did you get?

I'll post side pics later. The ride is very good. I am shocked at how good they are for only $599 from jhpusa. I am running the sport kit which is 12k front springs and 10k rear springs. I like my back end very tight so I actually swapped the springs so I am running a 10k front spring and a 12k rear spring. It's a rainy day here so I won't pull it out of the garage to take pics. More pics to come when the rain leaves!

I also would like a review of the Coils. I am especially interested to heer your opinion of them after you switched the springs, and what kind of difference you thuink that makes.

When you switch the springs front to rear you get a more tail happy itr. I had mine set up for slight understeer so I left mine the way they came.
If you are expecting a stock ride and feel with these rates you are dreaming. If you cannot handle a STIFF ride, then get something closer to stock like lowdowns.
How comfortable they are is dependent on the driver. I was running the same rates and loved it, even on the street. The only problems arise when u hit a pot hole, or a sharp bump that sticks out, or a manhole that isn't flush, or railroad tracks. Either of those....even at low speeds will pop you out of your seat.
I have been very pleased with the omni's performance as well as their customer service. I'm on my second set now
Best bang for the buck by a long shot.

Sounds like you're bottoming out - hitting the bumpstops. The ride height is too low for the spring rate then.

aren't the 10k 12k rates pretty stiff? it's more that the car would be just to low right?

Really? No I don't think I was bottoming out. I think the rebound was too strong. It was only on really sharp bumps. You guys probably don't see the kind of shitty roads we have here.
And bottoming out I would have heard a thud. I actually think that it was three wheeling over some of the bumps that seemed more harsh.
And besides that my car was only a little lower than stock height. Nowhere near as low as the car above. I have +38 offset wheels so I knew not to make it too low. Above is just crazy. Too low.....I think he will rub.
