TiggsCrx - Anyone Know Him? Lost Contact on $435 Deal
Long story short. I send him $435 for a d16a6 head that has quite a big of work done to it.
Sent the money on 07/04, I told him he didnt have to yank it asap but the sooner the better. 5 weeks to me is just to long.
Anyone vouch for him, know him, live in his area (Illinios)
Ive got all the sale info and everything here and my step father is a company lawyer, but I dont want to push it that far yet.

Give him another week and if still no motor then push it to the next level. make sure he knows that its a possibility that he may get sued.

well i was going to buy something from him, but he told me he has been busy with work and couldnt get it for me yet since he hasnt been to his house...so...give him a little more time...

Its not the waiting thats hurting me, its the complete loss of contact after he got the money.
I have no trouble pursuing it legally but dont want to if the guys actually gonna/has/will sent the head

yeah i understand what your saying man...its a scarry situation for you...when i was asking him about parts it took him 4 days to respond...

Hehe. Cool cool. I love watching topics like this get made. No problems though. I can totally understand someone making sure their butt is covered. Like I said in my pm's, it'l be shipped out this week, expect it to arrive early next week. Just had been super busy, just like Kurinto had said. Stinkin' cars get the best of me every time. Sorry it's been taking so long. I'm half super busy, half procrastinative. If that's even a word.
