Default 99 JDM ITR LSD on 94 Teg Si?

Does anyone have any idea if a HELICAL LSD from a 99 JDM ITR will fit my 94 JDM Si VTEC? Would it be a straight forward fit? Is this part all I need for my car to be completely LSD'ed? And do LSD's wear out? How can I notice any wear and tear?

Thanks for looking and answering!

if Iam reading this correct..you have a B16 correct?

if so you will need the final drive and main shaft from the ITR or from a GSR for the lsd to fit and work.
