Well folks I boutght a 90 CRX HF for $900 bucks. I have already stripped the interior and cleaned the tub out, awaiting some funds to buy paint to touch up the chips and rust in the tub. Motor should come out in september sometime, I will be putting the B16 in after the winter, becuase in spring it wont be so cold. Planning on doing a suspension upgrade in the spring also, ohh yeah and the roll cage over the winter Im hoping. It should be quick litte ride, and it should be done by next spring just in time for summer of my senior year, F*CK SCHOOL. I'll get some pics of the progress up soon, peace for now.

 

Good thinking to put of the engine swap until spring its not fun doing that type of **** in the freezin cold, lol but yea def sounds like it will turn out nice

 

Now why can't I find a chassis for that kind of price??

good luck dude..hope you graduate..if you get a chance take a class called..engineering vibrations or sructural dynamics..you will learn things about the behavior of a car and engine that ou can't learn from the streets or from the bunch of " how to make my car fast" books

It was hard to find a chassi that ran for that price, but this one just kinda fell into my lap. It was a friend of mines, but it got broken into and the stereo and **** was taken, and he just got a new ride so I went to his house to check it out and the rest was history. I was lucky, but thankful that I knew this kid.[

 

You won't need a rollcage, IMO.

Probably not, but Im not sure what Im going to do to the car, it may become a full competition car in the near future. Plus I can tell all the guys at the strip I got a roll cage. lol
