hav a few questions...

If i was to buy a 99-00 civic si front upper grill would it fit directly onto my 99 ex?

when buying it is it going to come with that mesh in the middle and the honda simbol or can i just order the outer shell?

baiscally i want to get a type r grill but i want it to be a honda part so would this work, i dont want the honda symbol though

simple said, get the si grill and not those cheap knockoffs from ebay. just look for a real si grill which is three pieces and not one piece like the cheap ones. it's a honda oem piece that doesn't have the H in the middle. good luck finding one for cheap.

The OEM Si grille does have an "H" in the middle, although it's removeable.

 

so if i buy an si grille it will come with the honda emblem but it is removable? Is just the emblem removable or the whole square thign that holds it in place , because having
that square in teh middle of the grille would look kinda stupid

 

whole thing removes to look like a CTR grill. extra few bucks is worth it for OEM

aside from it looking better, it will be MUCH easier to paint. No masking tape business..just unscrew the mesh part
