Default Suspension setup for 92 Prelude

My buddy has a 92 Base Prelude.

He wants to upgrade his suspension (I just sold him my 16" rims) therefore, he wants to ditch the wheel gap and he doesn't want to get cheapo's that will just do more damage then good. Also, keep in mind he's not loaded. He wants what will do the trick but not chop off his arm.

If you could throw out some prices with the suggestions that would help.

Thanks in advance.

KYB AGX's and H&R Sport springs. That's my setup. Ordered everything off ebay and payed like 150 for the springs and 300 for the shocks? I can't remember exactly, it came to a little shy of $500.
