Default B-Series header question

Probably stupid easy for most of you but I don't know the answer so hear goes.

Will an aftermarket Del Sol VTEC header bolt onto a 94-95 GSR without modifications to either the header or the GSR exhaust system?

They are different part numbers but not sure if that is the answer or not.
