Height adjustable only, omin shocks are matched to the springs so adjustability would only add one more factor to mess up with.
I have the 10k front 8k rear setup and in the short drive I took they were very stiff, more after the alignment, I don't wanna eat my azenis.

Fronts are a problem because after you set the preload as shown in the instructions, you are told to shorten the whole assembly 2" shorter than the stock spring/strut. I raised the lower mounting cup as high as possible and it was like 1/4" shorter than stock at that point. I mounted it anyway and it sat at stock height.... soooo I took the whole son of a bitch apart again, kept the mounting cup at its bottemed setting and lowered the spring perch (even though it tells you not to in the instuctions - I called Omnipower and they suggested it)
I sit now with 1 finger of space in the front, and close to 2 in the rear.
Front specs after alignment -
Caster: Around +2 both sides
Camber: -1.1 and -1.4 with me in the car (best I could get with a progress kit adding +0.75 degrees)
Toe: 0
Rear -
Camber: -0.6 and -0.7
Toe: 0
Rides nice, I think I need a bigger rear sway to fully take advantage of everything though.
