Default Ghetto Turbo D! Setup done with pics.

Here you go, the best running ghetto setup ever. I know everything looks like **** but its working real good until know (1200 miles). It might not be uber fast but i can hang with low 15 second cars finally. This is in a Si Sedan (Power everything with sunroof, full interior.)

Ok first of the IC, since the Eclipse IC is decent and cheap i decided to go with that, but not happy with the shape i took it to be cut and welded, it started like this:

And turned in to this. A much better way to have it setup IMO.

As for the chare piping i went SS with everyting except from the filter to the turbo where i just used regular iron.

Here is the manifold. Nice because i managed to fit a 3" DP with AC.

Here is the wastegate with an inclusive MBC (extreme ghetto), operation is quite simple and obvious. It works perfectly for now, hitting 5 psi and staying put.

The blow off valve i bought broken, it was mising the little nipple for the Vac line, so i just improvised one with an old car antena and gasket selant!

MOD LIST:
- CT-26 Turbo.
- 1st gen DSM side mount Intercooler.
- 2nd gen DSM Blow off Valve.
- Custom made Stainless Steal Log Manifold.
- Custom made 3" Downpipe and 2.5 " Catback with magnaflow muffler.
- Stainless steel Charge Piping. 1.5" Before IC ; 2.5" After IC.
- Autometer Boost and EGT Carbon Fibre Gauges.
- Apexi Turbo Timer
- KYB AGX 4 Way Ajutable Dampers
- Eibach Pro Kit.

Ghettotastic!

Any problems with the charge pipe bottoming out? It looks real low before going up into the engine bay.

The part comming down after the intercooler, i've had that bottom out once, but it was a really huge bump in the road (a large piece had gone down about 3 to 4 ") and i hit it at about 60 mph. So, i dont really have that much trouble, i didint route it through the side because we couldnt get it to fit behind the bumper

wow. wayy ghetto. as long as it runs. hahaha. i think it would have been a better idea if you had left the intercooler as is and put it under the hood. it would look alot better. sort of like an arc intake chamber.

From the turbo to the IC i used really small piping to avoid lag a much as posible, but from the IC to the TB its 2"
