GSR Front Spindle HELP!
I'm trying to put on my GSR brake swap, and on both sides up front I can't tighten the castle nuts underneath the knuckles without turning the entire knuckle assembly. Is there something I'm missing here? Please help!

can you thread the castle nut on by hand? maybe you need to put some weight on it then try to tighten it. try to clean the thread. use an impact gun if you have one.
It turns the assembly after I've threaded the nut on. I'm going to buy some air tools later this afternoon after I get off of work, including an impact wrench. I'll try cleaning the threads too with a stiff-bristle brush or something.
Another development: my brother is at home trying to get the old rusty warped GSR front rotors off. The screws are locked in tight and will not budge. He has tried anti-seize, brake cleaner, pretty much everything and has now succeeded in pretty much stripping the screws. How are we going to get them off now? When I go to Sears to get the air tools, I was probably going to get an impact driver too. Will this work on stripped screws?
TIA

you definitly need an impact screw driver to get those 2 screws off of the rotor.
yes you should be able to get the screws off depending on how bad he stripped them.
btw, why is your brother putting anti-seize on something to get it off?

My bad, I meant to say rust buster. I guess I'm buying an impact screwdriver today as well as air tools. Do I need to get a stripped screw remover with it? Any other ideas on the castle nuts?
BUMP ...
Also, where can I find the tool that will allow me to get the weird fastener off of the GSR prop valve bracket? Or, can I just cut it off and use the Civic bracket and hardware?
