it's been two weeks (or about) of pure joy. i drove out to Ohio via a link i saw on Auto Trader and some phone talking with the owner (after carfaxing and getting a mechanic to check it out as well). the thing is in pristine condition and here's the real kicker - only about 50k on the odometer. everything was really well kept and they had it repainted (for what reason, i'm not sure but it looks great). just washed, cleaned, polished and waxed it and it looks even better. it's 5 speed with all options, and the leather is a lot better than i expected. just felt i should share my addition to the club now. photo links below.
