integra stock stereos

Can a 2000 integra cd player stereo connect to a 93 integra dash harness?

yea it will be a direct replacement for your head unit

Actually it won't. the 1986-1997 Hondas had a different wiring harness than the 1998 and above. You'll need to use 2 metra harness adaptors: 70-1720 into the car and 71-1721 into the CD player. Or you can try hardwiring by looking at http://www.installdr.com
