I was wondering if anyone has more pics of the edm spoiler for crx's. Im serisouly thinking about getting one. An above picture would be nice because i wanna see how it mounts on. There is a nice dent directly in the center of my hatch and this spoiler might cover it up nicely. I dont remember who's car this is.

thats a totally different spoiler. thats the jdm one and I have also seen it called the edm one to. I like it but thats not the one I want

That wing you see a few posts back, is off the 1.6i 16V-VT crx. Our EDM version of the SiR. It is slightly different from the SiR wing, for ours has a support in the middle, and the JDM does not.

 

the JDM one is EXACTLY the same as ours Seti... the one YOU are referring to is the JDM 1.5x wing, which has the 3rd brakelight in it... I had one for sale a while back... remember that?

The one we have in europe, is the same as the Special Edition one. Not the JDM one. Look it up..plenty of pics around with the JDM wing without a center support, nor a 3rd brake light.

 

the one I mean might have come without the light, dunno for sure...

but the jdm one YOU are on about is not siR ... maybe it was sold, or swapped on some siR's, but you know very well how long I've been buying parts from Japan...

NEVER have I seen any wing that was advertised as an siR wing, that looks like the one you mean...

SETI i did a search and didnt find anyting on edm spoilers. Anyhow that looks really really good. Is it supposed to be painted? I have a white crx. Whats it made of? plastic? fiberglass?

 

Man that wing is sweet. Ive been tying to get one for about 2 years now and i just cant seem to find them anywhere. Where did you guys get them(the edm one)? Damn i love seeing pics of wu tangs car...its prolly one of my fav EF's on this board

You get them in europe when you buy an edm vehicle...

That wing seti has is on the 1.6 16v, the wing on my car if for the VT 1.6 Vtec

I sold a couple before through someone else.

I'll need somebody trustworthy to receive the wings, and re-distribute them over their respective new owners. That way you'd save a whole bunch on shipping.

last time I sent a box full, it was €100 almost for 10 wings.
I'll sell them for approx $100 each. Compared to egay prices that's cheap, compared to local prices it's expensive. Bit it's a hassle to get them since I'm just an ordinary joe collecting them, and I have to boost the $ up front. Plus I wanna make a small buck. So it's a take it, or leave it offer.
You can ask various people on this, and the ohio board about the quality of the stuff I sent last time.

VT wings are considerably more expensive.

 

Yes, VT wings like mine are more, as they are a little more rare.

As for shipping, ill talk with Seti and see what we can do. If he has some people to send to, maybe we can work something out on shipping them out to people.

Seti is that 100 shipped from the netherlands? I wanna know what these things are made of? Are they plastic? The first gen spoilers were like a mushy rubber type junk. What do they feel like and are they supposed to be painted?

They are hard abs type plastic, not mushy at all.... at least mine isnt
