put a ls motor into a crx, using pr4 ecu, stock wire harness, stock distributor and injectors from single cam motor. car sounds like its misfiring. plugs had lots of carbon. could this be from the distributor or the injectors? we didn't have any injectors or distributor with the b18a so we just put the ones from the old motor on. do I need to buy a new distributor or injectors? or maybe both?

 

What model is the CRX? I hope it's a (or converted to) MPFI. Also, you can't use the CRX distributor or your timing will be way off.... use the LS distributor. Also, depending on your CRX model, might have to swap the crank sensor wires.

 

its a 91 hf. so are the injectors ok?

 

injectors are fine , its the distributor.

 

i have a 89 si . will the b18a distributer plug rite in the crx harness without any rewireing. thanks
