Ok, I just did a swap in my 95 Civic DX. I put in a 2nd Gen B16a.

I'm not throwing any CEL codes, I was throwing a Code 3, but I got a new MAP sensor and not throwing any more CELS. When I was throwing that code 3, I could only rev up to like 2k and then it would bog, or die.

After I changed the MAP sensor, I'm able to rev higher, but it bogs still. I could only rev to like 4k-5k. So I took for a test drive around the neighborhood and was able to get up to 3k in first and then it bogged and had to shift. The same thing happened when i was throwing a Code 3, i just couldnt rev as high.

I changed my plugs because my old ones were jet black, and I thought it would be better but it is still the same...My collector is also not connected to my Cat, but I dont think that would effect any of this....I need some info ASAP cause school is starting soon and I need a car for school.

Also when I have my foot on the gas pedal, the revs go up and then falls back down while I still have my foot on the pedal.

Do you think the TPS will cause it to do that? I don't think it is my TPS, cause i put new plugs in and pulled 'em back out after starting the car and they were jet black
