Default ITR Flywheel

why would it be better to go with an Integra Type R flywheel in a GSR over a lighter 7 or 8lb one?.

it depends, some people like the lighter flywheels (7 or 8 lbs), however some people like a heavier fw, such as a street lite that is about 12 lbs, using the heavier flywheel the rotational mass keeps the rpms up so you dont have to shift as fast to stay in the same range, with the lighter flywheel you have to shift a little faster in order for it not to lose rpms, i still have my stock flywheel, so im just going on what ive read and been told btw

it's not neccesarily better, but for the price it's an awesome flywheel. and there isn't that big of a diffrence in weight!

going too light will kill your top end also.
