Code 21

I just got my motor started and it is throwing a code 21. I read it was variable valve timing so does that mean that the vtec solonoid is wired wrong? I also read a code 21 is a spool solonoid valve..help asap

are you sure you have the vtec solenoid valve wire up right? also are you sure you have enough oil in the car?
