Lock cylinder issues
Whenever I go to remove my key after driving somewhere (and sometimes when I put it in to start the car), they key will be stuck in the lock cylinder and it'll take some work to remove it. Do I need to replace it or is it fixable?
its probably a copy of your key that wasnt made properly and it takes some work to make it work. It might cost you but if you can get another one made (dont know how Acura deals with this) but the last thing you want is for your key to brake in the ignition, it will get weaker and weaker the more you have to battle with it. Is this the original key?
If you still have the original key cylinder (not changed from a theft), then your best bet would be to have a key cut with your VIN number. This will give you the most accurately cut key.
Well, this problem just started after I've been driving around with a key-copy for about a year and a half now...any other opinions?
