the rear ones will....not the front because the bottom horseshoe from the 96-00 civics are bigger in diameter...you might be able to use the crx/civic horseshoe on the 96-00 civics, but i don't know if that will mess up the alignment or not....

sorry bro the shocks will not fit the 88 crx/civic....only the 89-00 civics and 90-01 integra rear shocks all fit, but just different heights....
