How Do I remove the dash so I can install the dash kit to install the radio? (hope that made sense)

Thanks,

You need a haynes auto manual, it's @$14 at auto zone, I'm not trying to be a smart@ss but you'll need it to figure out how to disconnect the air bags before jumping into the dash, unless you want to set off the air bags crushing your ribs and wraping your arm around the back of your neck.

Okay, this is kinda time intensive. You have to remove the drivers side knee area (down under the steering column). Its 3 screws. You then have to remove the glovebox and the trim around it so you can get to the screws on either side of the panel that have the cigarette lighter in it. Remove that panel and look up under there. You *should* be able to get it out then, but it's been a long time since I had mine out. PM me if you have trouble with it.

Umm...if you can manage to set of your air bags installing a radio you need to get the hell away from a car....period.

To get the radio out, you have to take out the panel that the 12V plug is in, right in front of the shifter. There's 4 screws for it, one in the glovebox, two in the middle, and one to the right of the steering wheel underneath the panel that goes underneath the steering wheel. Then there should be some bolts underneath the radio holding it in. As far as the pocket below, you have to take off the plastic panel that goes around the shifter, then there are 4 screws holding the pocket/tape player in. HTH.
