92 prelude, automatic.... is it hard to convert over?? i am putting a Jdm h22a engine in.

92 prelude, automatic.... is it hard to convert over?? i am putting a Jdm h22a engine in.
how hard would it be to convert over? is it worth it.. the car is only like 1700 dollars.
