SMSP offers full 2.5" cat-back exhaust kits with no bottle-necks. You can choose the resonator and muffler combination you prefer to achieve the sound you want.
Kteller.com also offers similar 2.5" cat-back kits that many people have reported good experiences with.

While many JDM aftermarket cat-back's are 60 mm, the stock USDM ITR exhaust is 2.25" (57 mm) OD. I've confirmed this myself on several occasions using calipers.
