Anyone done a a16z6 into crx si?
If you've done it... What distrubutor did you use? I already did a search. Also trying to find the wiring diagrams or something that has the color codes for what each wire does. Any help appreciated.
Depends on what ECU you use.
You can use your stock A6 distriubtor if you stick with your stock ECU and hook up a VAFC or something for VTEC activation.
If you go OBD1 and are planning to use a P28 for the Z6 then you need to use the Z6 distributor.
The reluctor wheel in the distributors have different teeth counts.
They send pulses to the ECU. Wrong teeth count = wwrong pulse count = wrong signal to ECU.
