Anyone have any suggestions for a 12 inch subwoofer that can produce a lot of bass and a good amp that can handle it. I dont want no woosie bass, I want something hard enough to rock the ground everywhere I go.

 

How about a Kicker Solo X 12 with an Xtant x1001. I got that hooked up in our demo room and it shakes the building.

 

How about a 12" RE XXX and a Hifonics Brutus BX1500 Class D mono amp... for both, you'd probably spend about 700 bucks. This setup will allow you to run things at 1 ohm, so you can utilize ALL 1500 watts... but then again, how you make your box makes a big difference. This setup IS in the higher tier of setups utilizing one 12" sub.
