Is my car an SH?
Ok, i have a 98 prelude and im hearing things that tell me it might be an SH.
I have read reviews of the car and it says that the SH package adds the spoiler, which i have, and comes with leather seats, i also have those.
I know performance wise the diff between the two is the torque converter but i dont think i would be able to see that.
When i peel out both wheels spin, does that mean i have the torque converter?

SH's did not have leather offered from the facotry.
SH's also only came in 5-speed trannies, so there is no torque converter on a SH.
You might be thinking of the ATTS, which is a torque transfering system. (Kind of like a LSD)
If yours is an SH, the oil filter will be underneath the IM.
An easier way to tell...the SH's had courtesy lights on the lower part of door panel.
The rims are painted silver instead of polished, and the lower side skirts should be body color, not plastic.

the wheels could have easily been swapped but his second suggestion is the easiest and most accurate way to tell if you have a SH.
