need quick timing belt help ASAP!!!
Just to clarify everything. I lost track of where the balancer shaft pulley was, so I'm bout to remove the 12mm bolt and stick in a 6mm bolt with length 100mm according to helms. My goal is to spin the pulley until the bolt fully seats in there the farthest, which is roughly 74mm from the end of the bolt right? With that, the pulley alignment mark should be roughly at 5 o clock, in line with the oil pump dash mark right?
And as for the front balancer shaft pulley, it doesnt matter how many times i spin it, as long as the dash mark matches with the dash mark at TDC right?
Also, where am I going to get a 6mm X 100mm bolt at?

also, why does my helms say to spin the engine CLOCKWISE one turn then tighten the tensioner. This is what I'm going to do, once I knw that all my timing marks and timing belt is perfectly aligned, I'm goign to spin the crank 3 teeth past TDC, and then look at how tight the balancer shaft belt is. If it is still loose, i just pull manually on the tensioner and then tighten the bolt. Thats how i did it with the accord timing belt. Somebody please just say.. everything im doing is correct, and try your best to answer my questions. thanks
dont tighten it by hand rotate it three teeth clockwise and then loosen and retighten it, it tensions itself it sounds wierd but it works, and u use a fairly thin flathead screwdirver to hold the rear balance shaft, you can slide it in, and rotate the shaft until you feel it slide into place, you can then feel that the screwdriver is holding the shaft still, and the front one doesnt matter how many times you spin it as long as the marks are lined up
