I have a 93 S that was painted about 8 months ago and still looks good so I feel like I cant sell it but it just doesn't make enough power for me. I was looking at the prices on the JDM Si motors (F22B i think they are) and those seem to be pretty cheap. Should I swap in one of those, build the bottom end and slap on a VTEC head? Or will one of those tune fine without VTEC?

 

It has been covered on this site enough, but i'd say turbo the car s it is.

I'd swap for an h22 and leave it as is with additions of i/h/e.

 

Yeah i checked the FAQ and didn't see anything that really said anything decisive in this area.
