hey, i'm almost done with my zc swap, and i have a question....on the back of the engine, just to the left of the oil filter, there is a rubber cap, which pulls off to reveal a yellow wire and a black wire.....which can be pluged up wrong, due to the fact that the wires arent on the same harness...meaning the black wire can plug up where the yellow wire was and vice versa....anyways...i was wondering if anyone knew if the yellow wire hooked up to the left spot or the right spot (which wire goes where?)....if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated

 

what is it for? i have a workshop manual for the zc but im not sure what device to look for

 

that is the sensor for the cooling fan - you can hook it up either way - it is just a switch
