Default H22 Skunk2 Manifold pics and inner shots! Measurements too! Hondata Gasket!

Okay so I just got my manifold in today along with the Hondata gasket from Lightning Motorsports (always awesome).

Anyway, I took some pics of the runners and plenum inside the manifold to show what the surface is like and whatnot.

I also took a measurement of the runner right where it meets the plenum and it came out 10 5/8 inches. Awaiting on RotiEatter to take measurements on the runners of his Euro R manifold.

Well here are the pics: hope they help.

P.S. Hopefully I will be installing it this weekend along with Before and After dynos. For sertain I will get before and after dynos, just crossing my fingers for this weekend. I am really anxious to get it on.

AN-r Header, AEM CAI, Kteller 2.5 inch exhaust and of course the usual fuel stuff like fpr, and walbro pump. That's about it motor wise.

I will be dynoing it with a stock p13, I will soon be going to p28 Uberdata.

All these Skunk2 IM posts are becoming generic. It seems like everyone is promising dynos. The only one who came through was 2point6, but the results were not impressive wat so ever. at the bitches at junk2. haha

But then again it might do wonders on a close to stock motor. So who knows!

Pictures should be fixed now, now hosted by a more reliable source. Don't worry guys, the second I get home from the dyno the plots are going up. I even have another h22 buddy splitting dyno costs, he is also curious before he buys the manifold.

Looks like the chamber and ports could use some polishing (smoothing out).

If you can't get the pics working, I'm not splitting those dyno costs with you.

Actually a rougher surface is better than a smooth surface because it atomizes the fuel and air together better. That small amount of turbulence will actuallly help to get a better mixture of air and fuel. Not a better air/fuel ratio, a better mixture.
