spoon wires
Hey everyone, i just purchased a set of spoon sports high tension spark plug wires along with NGK irway 7's. The wires come with a ground connected, and my question is, does anybody know where i can ground it?
any info you guys can provide would be much appreciated.
thanks

Just curious that I saw the wires at OPAK Racing while picking up a Spoon Sport Street Muffler and they look like normal NGK wires. What is so special about them??

They have the bling heat insulation and the little ground wires, that's about all I can think of.

they also have a lower resistance
so does nology
I've never seen them produce 1 more hp over new stock wires though.
Stock wires do just fine unless your running tec 2 -3 style distributorless stuff in which case they recommend Magnecores

nology patented their wiresand itl ooks like spoon copied it.
can anyone confirm this?</TD></TR></TABLE>thats gay, That would be like autolite making a law suite over nology making spark plug wires..

it's the seperate grounding wires that is the problem
Nology does have a patent and international law protects it, there is nothing gay about that, it's one of the only ways a company can seperate itself from the sea.
The wires have proven relatively useless however in any unbiased test I've seen so I dunno

Yeah, I looked at Nology's utility patent (#6,559,376) on the USPTO website, and it does look like they have a legitimate claim of infringement. Question is, HOW would they enforce it against Spoon...I would imagine the best they could do would be to go after Opak Racing.

i think they only have 2 choice, either spoon stop selling the wires(atleast here in the u.s.)or nology gets a cut on every spoon wires sold.
so there is such a lawsuite? or is it just rumors?
