Default new o2 sensor ...

ok.. got my new header installed (hole in the old one), and I got a new o2 sensor.. I noticed that once in a while I'll get a flat spot in the lower RPM's like, right after i let the clutch out for 1st.. Should I reset the ecu to "learn" the new o2?
