Default I normally wouldnt post this here but who would know better than you guys

How do I pre-determine a certain offset will clear my calipers before purchasing them?

The wheels in question are volk ce28n's

I am looking to get some wheels with these specs.

16x7 +35mm offset 5x114.3

I know I would be fine with the 42mm offset which everyone seems to run but I am trying to induce the webbed spoke look and I dont want to purchase wheels that wont fit over my calipers. Currently I am running a 5 lug ctr set up on my EM1 and I would appreciate any positive feedback, measuring techniques or so for the car.

I also will be purchasing spoon calipers as well when I pick the wheels up so I just want to make sure everything is going to work in harmony.

For an ITR, 7" wheel will require at least +42mm offset to clear spoon calipers* (*disclaimer, most of the times it's +40mm due to the spoke design).

16x7" +35mm will definitely clear spoon calipers. You've got extra 5mm to clear the calipers with those wheels.
