i beleive i saw that blown90hatch sells obd 0 to obd 1 wiring harness conversions for like 100 bucks or so(dont quote me) , i think what it is, is it is like a jumper harness deal, you use your stock harness and where the harness plugs into the ecu , his harness plugs into your harness and then you plug his harness into the ecu. i could be wrong though. you have to run the gsr ecu also. i found the post-https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=90627

It is pretty easy. Keep the stock Si harness and plug my OBd0-OBD1 harness then. You will have to change some plug styles, but that is easy. Let me know if you need a harness.

You can go with a pr3 or pwo jdm b16 ecu and distributor and keep the stock harness and add a few wires. My current setup is a pr4 ls integra ecu with a skunk vtec program and I have a vafc to actually activate the vtec and tune. But I'm personally going with one of blown90hatch's conversion harness's and from there I'll use a p72 gsr ecu with a hondata stage 4 set up. If you already have a obd1 ecu then without a doubt go the obd1 route. Plus if you contact him by tommorow he will knock 50. off his original price of 150.
