Default cv axle broke now replaced wont start

I have a 91 si hb i was going down 95 doing about 80 and got up into some traffic so i down shiftted and heard a pop and it wouldn't go into gear and when i hit the gas it reved like i was in newtral so after 100$ to get it towed home i change the cv axle that i just changed 1 week beofre it only had 100 miles on it now the car won't start and when i tured the key on the tech goes to like 3k and bounces their so i tried to push start it and it squeels loud and shakes bad but no start if you can help i would thank you alot

this sounds like you've got a problem with your electrical system or tranny, cv joints don't seem to be related from what i am understanding.

WTF, WHY do you even THINK that ur CV axles have anything to do with ur Acceleration?????? It more then likely ur clutch. And you broke an Axle on that down shift????? when you took ur week old Axle out. how did it look?

my axle in 2 parts it broke at the cv joint toward the wheel so would that be auto zone s fault for the defected axle? Because if it is they said they would pay for any damage it did.

time to change the clutch... it probably got messed up when your axle broke...

thir is no metal shaving's in the tranny fluid but i haven't took the trans out yet do to craftsman and their tools i broke and poor service they gave me
