Default A/c install in EG coupe...

I want to install A/c in my EG coupe with a B18c1, but my stock civic never came with A/c.( and instead on having the civic radiator, I have the Integra LS/RS/GSR radiator in place with custom brackets.) I have searched for this already, but i haven't seen anything or any instructions on how to do this. I think I have the complete list of parts that I need to do the swap, but i want to know exactly if anyone has done this and how hard and how long it would take to do it myself, and would i need a mix and match of both civic and integra parts, because i doubt the Integra A/C button will fit in my EG console, and any wiring that needs to be done to compliment this swap. any info would be highly appreciated....

I think that the best way is to go back stock. The reason for this is to keep it simple, and cheaper. If you use a Integra compressor I think you might pay twice as much for it, not to mention you will have to have some teg lines welded up to some civic lines. Also I think that teg condensor will not fit in your civic. If you get a civic radiator and a complete civic A/C system with a Del Sol A/C bracket everything will bolt-up. There are a lot of people that remove A/C systems and you could probably pick one up cheap (check ebay). Also there are a lot of places that install A/C systems on cars that did not have factory air. Check with some dealers and see if they used any certain company to install aftermarket A/C systems. I would also think that all of the wires needed should already be there.

I hope this will help

I'm curious to know about this too, I'm in a similar predicament and the info would help a lot. Hey Blue-Civc-Hybrid, what mix & match of parts you have for the a/c system?

As of right now, i just have my hands on a complete A/C system from a 94-95 Integra, which includes: compressor, condensor, all lines, compressor bracket...now i need to know how and what else i will need to complete this and what modifications i will need to complete in order for this to work...
