Clanging/ticking noise?

Clanging/ticking noise?
In the left rear of my 99 EX, there is some kind of clanging noise everytime my car rolls. When I go a bit faster, it gets louder. But, after I go >40mph it stops. When I step on the brake it makes the noise again. It's drums in the back. Has anyone ever heard of this?
