Default how restrictive is stock ITR b-pipe?

someone said that there were three bad bottle necks in it b/c it's not mandrel-bent...

reason i ask is b/c i'm thinking of using the stock itr b-pipe on a hybrid eg...with a b-series swap mated to a jdm 4-1 header and a carsound cat, will an ITR b-pipe be modifiable to use on an EG hatch...

One of the major bottle necks is at the cat conection flange.

This is the Mugen cat back... OEM stuff is the same.
