Anyone else besides import tuner dyno their rsx. How much whp have you put down?

 

Ben - articfreeze dyno-ed his typeS with me back in August. He put down 167.x HP and 12x.x torque to the wheel. He had ~4,000 miles.

 

Dag. Thats pretty impressive considering the low mileage. Was it stock? I love my EG to death...but with the new technology its kinda catching to me. Anything slated for your friends rsx cos? Will it be at the event on sat?

 

167 hp, 126.4 lb ft of tq. was my baseline run (no mods). BTW, I think I had less than 2k miles at the time.

 

Thats an impressive dyno! What do baseline Type R's dyno and how much do they weigh? I feel in love with the RSX. I went to the dealership about an hour ago and looked at one. The dealer is a friend of mine and he told me if i sell my hatch we can work out some very very good terms. I am not in the process of selling it. How do you like yours? Sorry for the long post but its an amazing car to sit in that RSX...i just wonder how it is to drive and all. TIA...

 

I think import tunner embelished there baseline run to make the products seem more impressive.

 

you mean publish fraudulent data - doubt it - I just think the intake and exhaust are VERY restictive (much more so than the intake & exhaust on a 94-01 teggy )
