Default Online H22 Tranny sites

Okay when i did my jdm h22 into my accord I did not have the extra money to get the 5spd package yet alone the extra money for parts to do the auto to manual conversion. I lost my tranny so since i needed a new one I had to get one asap, so I just went ahead and got the auto swap. Now that you guys see why I have the slush box, hopefully you'll understand and not bash me for it. Now my question is what are some good online sites or places to get just the jdm 5 speed tranny without getting the complete swap package. And yes I did try the search. Everyone doesn't have the same thoughts as other so what I put in the search may be different from what you may put in. If you are gonna reply with a childish arrogant answer, please don't respond. I am a newbie to this site but not others.

Well you don't need to buy an H22 tranny to start off. You can buy any Tranny from an H or F series motor. Buy a cheap tranny first-off do the conversion and then look for an H22 tranny after you get everthing all done on your car. I have an F series tranny for sale just to get you started. It came off my 95 Accord EX.

i already have the motor installed, but with the auto tranny that came with it. i plan to go all motor so the h22 tranny would be the better route for vtec.

You may want to contact a few places selling swaps and see if they have any extra trannys to sell. I have seen a few places selling just trannys but it isn't a regularly advertised item.

You could also try the classifieds on several honda forums, i have seen a few h22 trannys for sale in the past.

the ones i have seen go from 11 to 14 hundred without lsd. lsd is usually like 300 bucks more from what i have been seeing.
the shop that did my install if full of ****. i asked how much to do the tranny swap (provided i have all the necessary parts) and he told me bout as much as the orginal swap which was 1 grand, that was 2-300 bucks extra than what is should have been. the price i was quoted to do a manual conversion from stratch was 1500. now y in the hell would you charge another grand when you already did half the work already. not to mention that i am a returning customer. i'm going elsewhere cuz of that. sorry i vented a little.
