CEL comes on when I let off the gas...

CEL comes on when I let off the gas...
...when I let off the gas while my car is in gear, my CEL comes on for O2, IACV, and IAT. I'm pretty sure its the O2 thats setting everything else off...but why is it doing this? I've changed the O2, and its still doing the same thing.
