FS: Complete LS/GS-R Custom Turbo Kit!!!
Alright, so I finally graduated with my ME degree and had some time to get this kit off my GS-R. It's a great kit, just taking up too much of my time and energy. It has about 20k miles on it, but I used Mobile 1 most of the time and was religious about oil changes every 2.5k or less, which is to say that everything is in great shape. 5k miles was a road trip to San Diego and back, so it has seen mostly highway miles.
Although I understand the IC piping was made specifically for an LS, I had the kit on my GS-R for over a year without problems. It will work for either one.
Almost everything you need is included, except for some minor things... I didn't want to pay someone to take the HP Walbro fuel pump out, so you'll need one of those, and I damaged the return oil line getting it off the car, so you'll need one of those also (cheap and easy to source), plus a few bolts here and there. I'll give you all the receipts for everything I purchased, plus any extra parts I've got. Finally, I left the tapped oil pan on the car, so unless you want to come to Austin and swap pans, you're on your own for that as well. Included is the following:
- Custom T3/T04E turbo kit
- Tial 35mm wastegate w/.35 bar (5 psi) spring and dump tube
- Greddy type S blow off valve
- Custom Garrett turbo from Majestic Turbo in Waco; 57 compressor
trim, .48 A/R ceramic coated turbine housing
- Drag Gen. III ceramic coated downpipe and exhaust manifold
(ceramics by Polymer Dynamics of Houston)
- Braided SS flex hose on downpipe for durability
- Custom 2.5 inch exhaust piping
- Custom Spearco intercooler
- Custom chrome-plated intercooler piping w/reinforced silicone connectors and clamps
- Autometer Exhaust Gas Temp. and boost gauges in dash bezel pod
- Cartech billet 2-way adjustable fuel pressure regulator (very nice unit)
- Missing Link MAP check valve eliminator
- Greddy Turbo timer custom-mounted in ashtray (Very clean, looks stock...Will trade for stock ash tray, black interior)
- K&N style air filter
