swiveling tial 35mm wastegate
My tial 35mm wastegate swivels ontop of the little spring thing. has anyone else ran into this problem? Any easy diy fixes? or do i have to send it to tial? Thanks guys.

Mine did that same thing. Get an allen key set and take it apart. At the base of your tial is a 19mm nut you can tighten. That's vague, but it's really simple. Also, don't tighten the hat on your diaphram.
