Just wondering what this noise is...it is sort of like a creaking sound coming from my driver's side wheel well. It only occurs when I turn the steering wheel to one extreme or the other (like almost to the point where you can't turn it anymore, left or right, it doesn't seem to matter). It only does this when it's cold outside and since it's been freezing here in Dallas, I've been hearing it more frequently. Just wondering what it could be and if I need to fix it. It doesn't really bother me, but I'm just curious as to whether or not it's something I should pay special attention to. The noise is a kind of rubber/plastic rubbing/creaking, doesn't sound metallic at all. If any of you could give me some info, it would be greatly appreciated.

 

i'm going on a limb on this one maybe its ur cv joints my freinds teg was having similar problems then found out that his cv's were about done.... If its not it then update us so we can narrow it down good luck
