How do I remove the l.speaker-covers on my door panels ?
I want to replace my stock loudspeakers with some new Focal I just bought.
My only problem is how to remove the &/#"%"/!! covers that hides the
loudspeaker? Don't want to take off the enitire door panel so it has to be
another way..
Please

If you have a 97 and up prelude, then the covers just pop off from the back end. Just grab....and pull. Unless you are replacing the tweeter too, then the whole door needs to come off,
which i wont lie....it sucks

what year/generation is your prelude? different years you can pop the cover off, others you have to remove the door panel.
4th gen must remove the door panel...Its no biggie i did it the other day...had to replace the door speakers. Like he said 4 screws then pop it off.
If you are replacing the speakers in a 4th gen, then you should know the depth of the plastic bracket is quite shallow. Therefore if you have deeper than stock speakers, you might need to get some speaker spacers.
