Missing Piece on MBC What Can I Do?

I bought a similar MBC of someone who didnt include th top screw, and I doubt very much i can find one at the hardware store.

What can/should I do? Buy a new one?

contact who ever you bought it from. if not then maybe you can send it back to turbo smart and they can fix it.
