You need to state what year you need. A 94 gs-r harness will not accept a 98 gs-r ecu.

I need an odb-1 I think... Somebody told me a GSR ecu is like VTEC at 4900 and Redline at like 9k, Correct me if I am wrong, but I? plan on putting it in my 94 Honda Prelude VTEC. I hear it works.

p72 has 4400 vtec cross and 8100 rev limit w/ a base maps setup for secondaries that should open 6600(can't remember). an h22 has secondaries, so it might be a nice mod. i dunno h series though. if your car is a 92-95, i'd do it if it wont throw codes and will yield gains, if your car is 96+ i wouldn't... obd2 is too stupid.

92-93 gsr's was a different ecu, p61. it has a program similar to the p30's/obd1 pr3's since the b17 is closely related w/ the b16.

running a stock p72 on an h22 is retarded, ur running the motor dangerously lean, engaging vtec too early to make any power, and not opening the secondaries until the h22 is about to run out of steam. please dont listen to the hype and stick with a stock p13

Half of the h22a guys do run the gsr ecu since it controls the secondaries (GSR and h22a intake manifolds are similar) so technically, its not "retarded). the 92-93 gsr ecu is the p61 and it is similar to the p30/pr3 b16a ecu since the 92-93 gsr's intake manifold is similar to the b16a. And since you have a 94 prelude, any obd1 92-95 ecu will technically work and plug in (but only the p13 and the p72 will work properly).
