What size Turbo on my D16y8?

What size Turbo on my D16y8?
Just putting together a kit on my D16.....was debating between a t3 or a t3/t4....what would give the best gains....lag/top end.....or, what else would you reccommend?? thanks for your input

Get a greddy kit. Perfect for a starter, and good to 250-300whp depending on what turbo you get (15G like mine, or the new 19T, which I want).
