Default How do I remove racing hart wheels ???

A friend of mine bought a del sol a couple of months ago and he wants to remove the racing hart wheels that came with the car to put some other wheels on it. The problem is there is a cover over the lugnuts and he can't figure out how to get this off to get too the lugnuts without damaging the wheel. Anyone have these wheels and know how to get the thing off ???

if youre talking about the hex nut use your hands...if its one too hard use a rubber mallet. If youre talking about the dish behind the hex nut then stick an allen wrench with 90 degree angle through the hole the hook the inside part of it just like a fish and pull.
