Default ground control spring rate!!! help!~!!!

i cannot find a chart that shows the part # for grond controls to find out what spring rate i have. i have a 90 civic si, with a 99 dx d16y7 swap. i ordered ground control coilovers from hjpusa.com. they sent me then i have yet to put them on. but now i hear about spring rates. the fronts say 180.64.61, the rears say 180.64.44. i am pretty sure the rears are 250 but i am wondering what lbs the front springs are. used the search option very much to find out but yet i have come to no infomation. please help me, should i send these back or install....NEED INFO SOON!!

Standard off the shelf Ground Control springs are usually 350 front/250 rear...or you can call them at (530) 677-8600 to verify.

i'll be running 400 fronts and 550 rears (custom integra race rates) on my crx. a friend with a EG hatch has the same rates in his buddyclub set up and loves in on the track and says its slightly harsh on the street. just dont lift out of the throttle when you corner hard or you will spin
