b20z head parts interchangeable with gsr head?

b20z head parts interchangeable with gsr head?
My head comes back from the shop tommorrow and I'm going to finish putting it together once we take the b20 itself apart. I was curious to know which parts off my b20 will bolt up to my gsr head?
I'm going to be using a VX engine harness, and I was told that I needed to convert the O2 sensor from 5 wire to 4. Is there any reason for this? And if so, does anyone have any directions for me on how to do it? Thanks
